    exquisite japanese cuisine
    lack of outdoor activities

The suite with the open-air cypress bath was very nice, great to relax in comfort. The amazing views while soaking was nice. Every meal was a feast, highlighting exquisite Japanese cuisine that was very good.

My kids wished there were more outdoor activities for them to enjoy. A family-friendly play area would be perfect.

Staying in the premium suite with semi open-air bath was awesome! The room had a beautiful view of a large stream. Loved the private onsen, it filled with hot spring water 24/7. Meals were delicious, especially the traditional Kaiseki dinner. The staff was super helpful, they even translated menus for us. Very cozy vibe, and we lounged in slippers and yukatas all day!
