Tranquil location, helpful staff, incredible views of the surrounding mountain. Silent room with a refrigerator, a seating area and a writing desk for a perfect stay. Location really close to the Hayakawa restaurant, a must see when in HAKONE, and the train station.

Luxurious room, delicious meals, the spacious room featured a private onsen with a fantastic view and the dining experience was a good traditional kaiseki meal filled with local ingredients.

My kids wished there were more outdoor activities for them to enjoy. A family-friendly play area would be perfect.

Staying in the premium suite with semi open-air bath was awesome! The room had a beautiful view of a large stream. Loved the private onsen, it filled with hot spring water 24/7. Meals were delicious, especially the traditional Kaiseki dinner. The staff was super helpful, they even translated menus for us. Very cozy vibe, and we lounged in slippers and yukatas all day!
